About the jobThe Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for our field sales organization. The SDR will partner with field sales representatives and marketing to generate demand and qualify leads. As an SDR at Telefonica Tech, you will help to proactively engage with our prospective and existing customers.Job DescriptionQualify leads and prospects based on defined criteria.Profile assigned accounts and drive outbound prospecting to generate new pipeline of sales opportunities.Must call into senior IT management at Fortune 1000 as part of lead development and qualification. E.g. CTO, CIO, CISO, Directors and Managers of IT, Cloud and Cybersecurity.Conduct research on accounts by using Google, LinkedIn , 6Sense , lusha and other tools.Develop an understanding of the account's business issues and other relevant information.Execute database and telemarketing programs to increase attendance at upcoming events, seminars, and to create awareness for current products and service offer, promotions to target audiences.Communicate to prospects about Telefonica Tech solutions.Use and HubSpot to track activities.Attending weekly territory forecast meetings and update team on progress of identified activities.Work to meet defined metrics goals.Provide input to marketing including feedback on quality of leads from marketing programs.QualificationsRequiredFluent understanding of Spanish and previous experience working as SDRPreferredUnderstanding of IT , cloud and cybersecurity solutions a plus.Experience using a CRM preferred, specifically and HubSpotStrong written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.What we offer· Comprehensive Total Rewards Package (Salary + Bonus incentives)· Medical coverage for employee and dependents, including dental and vision coverage.· Retirement Savings Plan 401(k) with up to 5% company match· Vacation days (15 and up to 23 per year) plus 3 sick and 4 floating days.· Life Insurance coverage, Short- & Long-Term disability coverage· A career in a global tech company with strong growth and earning potential· A diverse, rich, inclusive environmentWe are the leading company in digital transformation and the cradle of talent in Cybersecurity and Cloud.
