This role acts as the central point of contact between field teams and the company's inventory system, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and accuracy in order fulfillment.Key Responsibilities:Order Processing:Receive, review, and process supply orders submitted by field staff, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Prioritize and expedite urgent requests to meet field operational needs.Coordinate with suppliers to place orders and confirm delivery timelines.Communication:Serve as the liaison between field staff and the supply department, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to orders.Keep field staff informed of order statuses, backorders, or delays.Collaborate with the field team to anticipate supply needs and ensure continuity of operations.Inventory Coordination:Support inventory audits to ensure accurate tracking of distributed supplies.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of all processed orders, invoices, and delivery confirmations.Identify and report trends in supply usage to optimize procurement strategies.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredExcellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.Understanding of Microsoft 365 (Outlook and Excel)Working Conditions:Office-based role
