We don't just build products, we build trust, relationships, and a legacy of excellence that our customers rely on every day.About the RoleWe're looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to our customers and ensure their needs are met with the highest level of care.Essential FunctionsReceive/enter customer orders & post shipmentsResponsible for communications between the customer, scheduling, production, & shippingArrange customer delivery timeWrite quotes & enter specifications into computer systemMaintain customer filesInteract with customers by phone, email and in-person to receive orders, cancellations, or to clarify needs/requirementsCommunicate changes, delays, and requests, to customers or other departments as appropriateCoordinate complaints received from customers concerning billing or product delivered.Maintain hard copy files in an organized manner, allowing for quick retrieval of documents & information when required.Minimal travel on occasion to visit customer facilitiesCross Train in other functional areasOther duties as assigned by SupervisorMinimum requirements:1+ year's customer service responsibility in a manufacturing environment working extensively with customers. Will be trained in manufacturing knowledge of industry and processes.Excellent verbal & written communication skills, along with strong multi-tasking, organization, prioritizing, time-management skillsStrong cognitive skills (listening, analyzing, & interpreting data)Strong working knowledge & experience using Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, & ExcelAbility to work under pressure in a fast paced environmentHigh school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred and/or equivalent experience & training.The company offers its employees excellent benefits, including medical, dental, life insurance, 401k, & tuition reimbursement.
