For 25+ years, we've worked with brands big and small, mass and prestige, established and emerging, to innovate clean and naturally effective skin, body, and hair care products.The RoleWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Associate to join our growing team. This role will support the daily operations of our e-commerce business, including order processing, inventory management, customer service, and ensuring the overall efficiency of our online store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce, strong problem-solving skills, and a focus on operational excellence.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment & Processing:Process, monitor, and manage incoming orders from online sales platforms.Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders, working with the fulfillment team or third-party logistics (3PL) providers.Track and resolve issues related to delayed shipments, stock discrepancies, or returns.Inventory Management:Assist in managing online inventory, ensuring that stock levels are updated across all platforms.Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory records.Track product stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.Customer Support:Address customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and products in a timely and professional manner.Resolve customer complaints and issues, including returns, exchanges, and refunds.Monitor customer feedback and reviews to improve the overall shopping experience.Platform Management:Monitor site functionality, flagging issues with product listings, checkout processes, or overall performance.Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information and promotions.Reporting & Analysis:Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.Analyze fulfillment times, shipping costs, and customer satisfaction metrics, providing insights for operational improvements.Assist in monitoring KPIs related to e-commerce operations such as shipping times, return rates, and fulfillment accuracy.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, product development, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.Coordinate with the IT team to troubleshoot any technical issues related to the online store platform.Required SkillsBachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field preferred.1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, operations, or supply chain management.Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and order management systems (OMS).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of fulfillment processes and logistics preferred.Preferred SkillsExperience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers or warehousing.Familiarity with customer support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make operational decisions.
