Adecco is recruiting an experienced Facilities Manager to work alongside Operation Leaders and the Director of a leading pharmaceutical organization at their Fort Worth, TX location. We are looking for a dedicated professional to ensure our building and grounds are clean and safe. The Facilities Manager will oversee all aspects of building functions and guarantee the safety and functionality of all facilities. Key duties include conducting routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising facilities staff. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in facilities management processes and exhibit strong multitasking and organizational skills.Location- Onsite Fort Worth, TX Requirements:Experience with automation and electro-mechanical systems, including PLC and control systems.Advanced mechanical and plumbing skills.Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems.Ability to lift heavy objects and perform other labor-intensive tasks.Exposure to electrical and mechanical systems, including generators, PLCs, wrap machines, MDR/spiral conveyor systems, HVAC, and refrigeration.Experience leading a team of technicians.Experience planning and maintaining facility budgets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Professional leadership experience.Objectives of this Role:Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures.Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements.Organize and plan building installations and refurbishments.Supervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendors.Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow quality/regulatory protocols.Responsibilities:Delegate cleaning and maintenance responsibilities to team members.Conduct routine maintenance inspections.Monitor interior and exterior areas of the building.Troubleshoot and repair equipment used in a distribution environment.Stand, walk, and climb stairs for up to 8-10 hours a day and work extended hours as needed.Work Schedule:Monday to Friday (8 AM start time - completion of business)Weekend work as needed for business needs.Pay Rate:The anticipated wage for this position is between $49 and $52 per hour.Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Benefits:Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility.
