Call Center Customer Service RepresentativeOn-Site: FresnoContract Role: 6 to 9 monthsWe are seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This position involves making outbound calls to existing and potential customers to provide product information, offer solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. If you are an excellent communicator who enjoys engaging with people, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers to discuss services, promotions, or product inquiriesProvide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns, answering questions, and offering solutionsAccurately document customer interactions and update account information in the systemWork towards individual and team performance goals, including call quotas and customer satisfaction targetsCollaborate with team members to improve call strategies and customer engagementMaintain a high level of professionalism and customer empathy during interactionsFollow company policies and guidelines while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferredPrevious experience in a call center, telemarketing, or customer service role (1+ years preferred)Excellent verbal communication and active listening skillsAbility to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet performance goalsProficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skillsAbility to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPositive attitude and strong work ethic
