The KINN is hiring an Assistant Manager to manage and lead our KYO Coffee and Tea Lounge, Assist in Daily Operations, Assist Event Production, and Assist Membership Experiences. This is a unique opportunity to join a Team and Community of Entrepreneurs on a Mission to Impact the World.DutiesOversee daily operations of KYO Tea and Coffee lounge, ensuring an excellent member experience and that all drinks prepared are served with precision, love, care, and joy.Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships for coffee, tea, and pastries.Lead, train, and support KYO staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Manage Event Preparation and OperationsWork as a barista, delivering high-quality coffee and tea service with an exceptional guest experience.Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization of all areas of KYO and KINN, including equipment, supplies, The Clubhouse, all co-working spaces, conference rooms, kitchen areas, and bathrooms.Assist in Technical Operations of Television, Music, Audio, and Presentation Systems.Provide exceptional member service by engaging with members, taking orders, and offering recommendations infused coffee knowledge, and smiles.Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and monitoring product freshness.Adhere to tea, coffee, and food safety and handling standards to ensure the health and safety of our Members.Collaborate with Team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and events.Strong, Empowering, Elevated, Passionate customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with Members and The KINN TeamExcellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficientlyA passion for community, tea, and coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing techniques is highly valued!Join US in delivering an exceptional and unique experience at KINN and KYO while building lasting relationships!
