Our client, a skincare brand, is hiring a temporary Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join their team in Brooklyn on a hybrid schedule (4 days in office). This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent based on performance and the needs of the business.Job Duties Include:Act as point of contact for all office related needsEnsure office operations are run smoothly including the ordering of supplies, ordering meals and catering, and planning office/team building eventsOversee office moves and the ordering of furniture as neededCoordinate deliveries and outgoing shipmentProvide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, booking travel, etc.Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations as neededSupport the entire on various projects and initiatives including providing research, analysis, and administrative assistance as neededManage expense reports, reimbursements, and financial documentation for the executive teamArrange the delivery of samples from suppliers and maintain an organized system for tracking/storing samplesCoordinate internal packaging approvals from internal team members in a timely mannerAssist with the set-up of new employees as needed with equipment and onboarding itemsAd hoc duties as needed and assignedJob Qualifications Include:Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistantSkincare or beauty industry experience is preferredExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applicationsSalary: $35/hr*While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
