Senior Facilities Manager OpportunityOur client, a leading commercial real estate organization, is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to ensure an optimal shopping experience for customers and drive tenant success by maintaining a well-kept, secure, and visually appealing property environment. This position oversees all operational functions, maintenance teams, construction projects, and third-party services to enhance asset value and uphold industry-leading standards.Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership: Supervise onsite maintenance, groundskeeping, and custodial teams to ensure daily property excellence.Capital Planning: Develop and execute a 5-year capital plan to maintain and improve property assets.Preventative Maintenance & Safety: Oversee property inspections, maintenance logs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Vendor & Budget Management: Manage service contracts, vendor relationships, procurement, and operating expenses within budget constraints.Project Oversight: Lead capital and construction projects from scope development to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.Risk & Emergency Management: Implement safety protocols, crisis management plans, and staff training for regulatory compliance.Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Resolve tenant and customer concerns, fostering strong relationships with civic leaders and local officials.Qualifications:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience5+ years in Facilities, Operations, or Property ManagementStrong understanding of maintenance operations and blueprintsSolution-oriented, results-driven, with strong leadership skillsProficient in computer systems and reporting toolsValid drivers license; ability to lift up to 50 poundsThis role offers the opportunity to lead operational excellence and deliver an exceptional customer experience at a premier commercial property.
