We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. This position is a cross between a Customer Service Representative and an Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers by providing information, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience. Additionally, we are looking for a candidate who will ensure the office runs smoothly by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining efficient office systems.This role requires organization, attention to details, excellent communications skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.What You'll Do:Assist Customers: Provide support via phone, email, live chat, and in person.Resolve Issues: Address customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.Product Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of our services to provide accurate information.Follow-Up & Documentation: Ensure customer satisfaction by tracking interactions and solutions.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments to resolve issues effectively.Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling meetings.Office Management: Maintain and resource kitchen & office supply needs.
