This company offers a dynamic & fun environment, truly working as a team to get the job done.They are seeking an InsuranceSales Coordinator to join their team to work closely with field sales representatives by providing exceptional support & service to both the customer and the sales rep. This Insurance Sales Coordinator will be responsible for helping creating sales quotes & proposals for new customers as well as serve as the liaison between the sales representatives and the company to move the sales process along until a project is closed & scheduled.Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and complaintsProvide information about the products and servicesGather data from field sales representatives to begin the client on-boarding processServe as the liaison with customers during the contracting period to ensure all documents are correct and issue for execution via DocuSignDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesQualifications:Two or more years of previous experience in customer service, sales support, or other related fields requiredOne or more years of previous P&C insurance experience; carrier and/or adjusting experience preferredProficient with MS Office, especially Excel, as well as DocuSign and CRMAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanor at all timeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSchedule: 8am to 5pm, or 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday (Onsite only)Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO once permanent - monthly bonus after permanent 90 days - 401(k) with a match after 1 yearAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
