We are looking for new team members to join our growth and share our mission.Client Success SpecialistAs a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients have a positive experience with the company. This role focuses on increasing our client success metrics, increasing client satisfaction and review scores, and fostering long-term relationships.What you will work on:Work closely with our Ops and Client Engagement teams to ensure smooth onboardings and first files for all clientsBe a source of proactive outreach for agents, clients, and lenders on every fileEnsure that every buyer and seller is confident with the details of their closing and with the mechanics of money movementManage day-of-closing escalations, addressing notary delays, document discrepancies, and signer inquiries to ensure a smooth and efficient signing experience.Provide assistance to our frontline teams through email and phone outreachWork closely with our President and Senior Director of Ops on service initiativesTake responsibility for every agent and client coming through Blueprint so they come to the closing table with knowledge and confidenceWhat we are looking for in you:2+ years of customer service experience in a phone/zoom based environmentStrong emphasis on proactive customer success3+ years experience in real estateZendesk and Hubspot experience a plusTitle and escrow experience a plusAbility to work proactively on problem-solving, multi-task, identify priorities, and respect the urgency of critical itemsYou demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and have strong communication and grammar skillsAbility to handle problems calmly and professionallyExcellent teamwork skills
