A South Bay firm is seeking a skilled litigation paralegal with expertise in escrow and real estate disputes. The litigation paralegal will be responsible for trial preparation, including subpoena work, drafting discovery, preparing exhibit books, and handling legal documents such as minutes, articles of incorporation, demurrers, and motions. This role requires a litigation paralegal with strong experience in corporate compliance, heavy subpoena processing, and bate stamping. The ideal litigation paralegal is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex cases while maintaining strong client relationships.
