Job Description: Boutique law firm in Westwood seeks an experienced Legal Client Intake Specialist to join their team. The ideal Legal Client Intake Specialist comes from 2-3+ years of experience working in Plaintiff Personal Injury and Employment law, can handle a fast-paced environment, and is preferably bilingual in Spanish.Legal Client Intake Specialist Job Duties:- Manage all aspects of client intake including inbound calls and email inquiries- Obtain necessary information regarding the potential clients case and prepare for attorney review and decision- Deliver client retainer agreements and additional onboarding documents to approved clients and follow up, as needed- Maintain strong customer service for all potential and active clients- Open client matters via Lead Docket database and update client information, when necessary- Support attorneys and additional team members with administrative tasks, as neededLegal Client Intake Specialist Requirements:- 2-3+ years working in a client intake role at a law firm required- Bachelors degree strongly preferred- Bilingual and biliterate in Spanish strongly preferred- Prior experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat strongly preferredIf you or someone you know is interested in applying, please send the resume in Word (.docx) format to Alizen Rodriguez at for immediate and confidential consideration.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
