Business Litigation Paralegal

LHH is seeking an experienced Business Litigation Paralegal to join our clients trial-heavy team. This position will play a vital role in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation including pre-trial preparation, trial proceedings, and post-trial activities. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in complex business litigation, as well as strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a desire to grow in their career in a high-energy, collaborative work environment. What Youll Do:Collaborate with attorneys throughout the entire litigation process, from start to finish.Dive deep into legal research, analyzing case law, statutes, and other legal materials.Efficiently prepare, organize, and manage case files, pleadings, and discovery documents.Craft and refine legal documents, including motions, briefs, and summaries.Oversee all aspects of trial preparation, such as conducting witness interviews, preparing exhibits, and assembling trial binders.Serve as the go-to person during trials, handling exhibits, technology, and logistics.Provide on-site support to attorneys during trials and hearings.Contribute to post-trial activities by drafting settlement agreements and organizing final case files.Facilitate communication and coordination with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel.Uphold strict confidentiality and ensure adherence to legal procedures and court rules.Who You Are:Paralegal with five years of relevant experienceBachelors degree or paralegal certificate Highly organized and attentive to detailEnergetic and motivated to learnAble to commit to travel and extended hours during trial periodsProficient in legal software and e-discovery toolsPay Details: $80,000-$100,000/year
