The division is made up of specialized teams, each playing a critical role. Internal Maintenance handles repairs and preventative maintenance for company-owned equipment, while Independent Contractor Maintenance provides tailored support for owner-operators. External and Breakdown Maintenance minimizes downtime with roadside assistance and repair partnerships. Corporate Maintenance oversees fleet strategy, cost control, and maintenance programs. Equipment Sales and Purchasing ensures the right equipment is sourced and sold to meet fleet needs. Compliance and Licensing manage regulatory requirements, while Fuel optimizes efficiency and cost control. Together, these teams keep our fleet dependable and ready to serve customers across North America.THE POSITIONReporting Structure: The Manager - Maintenance reports to the Director - Maintenance.Compensation: Base salary + 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with potential after-hours responsibilities.Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Manager - Maintenance ensures the efficient operation of equipment maintenance by leading a team, managing vendor relationships, optimizing costs, and reducing downtime.
