The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.ResponsibilitiesManage the reception area to ensure effective communication both internally and externallyProvide office guests with a hospitable experienceSupervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilitiesInteract with IT, phone and building personnel as neededCollaborate with HR and Engagement teamsSupport upper management with calendaring, expense reporting, and meeting organizationQualificationsMust have experience with VLOOKUPs and Pivot TablesProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish
