They specialize in residential and commercial roofing installation and repair projects, providing superior customer service to their clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Roofing Estimator role located in Brevard, NC at Southern Quality Company. The Roofing Estimator will be responsible for assessing roofing projects, preparing accurate estimates, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.QualificationsStrong analytical and mathematical skillsKnowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry standardsCommercial and residential roofing experienceExactomate proficency preferredExperience in estimating and project managementExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesPhysical ability to climb roofs and assess project sites prefferedKnowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the roofing industryRelevant certifications or licenses in roofing or construction field
