Litigation Paralegal

Do you have litigation paralegal experience? Come and work with a successful law firm in the Mesa/Gilbert area supporting 2-4 attorneys. You will be a litigation only paralegal supporting two to four Attorneys as part of the firms personal injury practice.Job Duties:Interact with clients, adjusters, medical providers and opposing counsel and expert witnessesManage deadlines and schedule meetings, depositions, arbitration, mediation, and the likeAnalyze medical records and billsPrepare mediation and settlement conference memorandumEnsure clients are informed and receive correspondence and pleadings timelyDraft initial and supplemental disclosure statements as well as court pleadingsExperience and Education Required:Experience using case management software.Must possess strong organizational skills, work ethic and enjoy working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environmentResearch proficient, pre-trial prep, and trial assistance experience required.Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, disclosures, and discovery requests while under close supervision.Document production and organization a must. Organize records, documents, correspondence, and files into a manageable format.Follow the ethical requirements as set forth by the Rules of Professional Conduct of the State.Must demonstrate a strong worth ethic and consistent scheduleExperience with document management system requiredThe ideal candidate will take the initiative, have strong attention to detail, highly organized & has impeccable communication skills.
