Systems Maintainer

Required Skills & Experience- Active TS/SCI with a CI polygraph required- 3+ years of prior relevant experience- Linux Command Line experience- Current DoD 8570 Certification applicable (SEC+)- Knowledge of Tier 2 system maintenance AND troubleshooting- Willingness to work in a 24x7 environmentNice to Have Skills & Experience- Bachelors degree- Service now experience- Proficiency with any of the followingâ—‹ Linux, Red hat, Unix and/or Windows based OS application management- Script development and implementationJob DescriptionInsight Global is partnering with a large federal company in the Aurora, CO area to find a System Maintainer to join their team and support the 24x7-mission applications. This individual will be responsible for the overall implementation of system maintenance which includes updating, enhancing, and creating while also maintaining accurate, concise and complete maintenance and operation documents. They will be responsible for the ticket escalation process to resolve system problems and prevent them in the future. They will be working closely with a team of system maintainers in order to ensure the continuous operations. This individual must be willing to support the 24x7 team.
