Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join the dynamic team at a vibrant and forward-thinking NYC boutique law firm! With offices in Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, and NYC, the firm is poised for tremendous growth in support of its corporate clients.The position will be onsite, Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm in the firms 5th Avenue office!The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of solid complex litigation and eDiscovery experience, preferably from a large law firm.RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate and manage complex litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions (primarily CA and NY federal courts).Manage deadlines and workflow for complex mattersIndex, file, and maintain documents within iManage and SharePoint document libraries.Draft, review, and finalize written discovery requests and responses (interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission).Collect, organize, and review documents for productionScan, label, and Bates stamp, as neededUpload and manage data in eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Logikcull)Perform targeted searches within Relativity, apply redactions, and prepare privilege logs as needed. Coordinate with outside vendors for larger-scale document productionsAssist attorneys with proofreading and finalizing pleadings, motions, and related court documentsEnsure filings are in compliance with federal, state, and local rules (e.g., Southern District of New York, Central District of California).Assist in cite-checking and applying correct Bluebook formatting to briefs, motions, and other filings.Remain up to date with federal and state rules and proceduresAssist with deposition preparationOrganize and maintain trial/arbitration binders Coordinate logistics for trials and arbitrations, including managing on-site document needs, witness coordination, and supporting attorneys in real-time trial preparation.Conduct legal research using Westlaw or similar platformsCompile research findings into concise summaries or reports.REQUIREMENTS:At least 5 years of complex litigation experience from the state and federal levelAt least 2 years of experience handling data in eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Logikcull, or similar tools.Advanced proficiency in MS OfficeExperience with Adobe AcrobatFamiliarity with iManage, SharePoint (document libraries), ShareFileExperience with PACER, CM/ECF, and other state e-filing systems.Skilled in Bluebooking and cite-checking for submissions in federal district courts.The firm offers generous compensation and an AMAZING benefits package!
