Location: Sarasota, FL (hybrid work schedule)ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and drives revenue growth.Oversee e-commerce strategies and collaborate with external vendors to optimize website performance using Adobe Commerce.Implement and manage strategies to enhance SEO and PPC campaigns, holding third-party teams accountable for measurable results.Drive strategies to increase online visibility, grow organic and paid traffic, and improve conversion rates.Monitor and evaluate website analytics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.Leverage HubSpot for email marketing campaigns and CRM management to engage and nurture leads.Collaborate with IT and operations to learn and integrate marketing efforts within Prophet 21 (ERP system).Ensure marketing campaigns and strategies align with existing systems and processes for seamless execution.Set measurable marketing goals, track progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine and improve efforts.Hold third-party vendors accountable for delivering results and ensure alignment with company goals.Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team consisting of a graphic designer and a marketing assistant.Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and recommend innovative marketing approaches to reach target audiences.Additional ResponsibilitiesContent and Brand Development:Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, digital assets, and campaigns that reflect the brand's voice and mission.Collaborate with the graphic designer to ensure all visual materials meet brand guidelines and support campaign objectives.Develop and manage a content calendar for social media, email marketing, and other channels, ensuring consistency and relevance.
