Pacific Autism Center for Education (PACE) has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Resource Development Manager at its Santa Clara office. PACE is a nonprofit organization which provides high quality programs for individuals with Autism.The Marketing and Resource Development Manager reports to the PACE Assistant Executive Director and must have experience in these key areas:Strategic planning and campaign management: Ability to plan, organize, and execute an annual strategic plan, including fundraising events, budget, Marketing and Communications plans, annual campaigns, and community partnerships.Database management: Must have experience and/or relevant experience with complex donor CRM databases, financial reporting and donation processing, donor stewardship, and donor analytics.Event management: Must have experience cultivating sponsors, budgets, auction procurement, donation and payment processing, event marketing and communications, and managing logistics and supplies.Knowledge, Skill and Experience: The candidate must possess the following minimum requirements for consideration:• Must be 21 years of age or older• Bachelors degree required; Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in nonprofit development and marketing, with a proven track record of successful fundraising and donor engagement. Master's Degree or Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) a plus.• Previous experience in specialized areas such as Communication, Marketing, Database management (CRM), donation processing, donor stewardship, planning and executing annual strategic plans, including events, campaigns and community partnerships.• Must be proficient in donor management software, social media platforms, and marketing tools including Word, Excel, Power Point, and graphic design software. Experience with website design software and ability to utilize social network sites required.Must be both a self-starter and a team player.• Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to track and follow up with multiple, simultaneous projects.•Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, including staff, board members, donors, and community partners.•Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and build strong relationships.•Ability to meet multiple deadlines, work well under pressure, and balance multiple projects.• Possesses a valid California drivers license with a good driving record and proof of insurance.Work Environment and Physical Requirements:This job operates primarily in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard officeequipment such as computers, printers, phones, and photocopiers. The Director of ResourceDevelopment and Marketing and must be able and willing to carry presentation materials, move tablesand chairs, and equipment as needed. The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physicalrequirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
