Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Store Manager at Truly Blessed Jewels in Newport Beach, CA. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Manager will also be in charge of maintaining store standards, fostering a positive work environment, and driving sales performance. Job Type: Full-timeQualificationsCustomer Satisfaction and Customer Service skillsExcellent Communication skillsStrong knowledge of retail math and budgetingExperience in Store ManagementKnowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategiesStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyPrevious experience in the jewelry or luxury retail industry is a plusBachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferredProven experience in a retail management roleAbility to negotiate with vendors and suppliersProficient in stock management and inventory controlExperience with cash handling and POS systemsExcellent supervisory and leadership skillsFamiliarity with administrative tasks related to store operationsA quick learner, and have a fearless mindset.
