Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Store Manager at Truly Blessed Jewels in Newport Beach, CA. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Manager will also be in charge of maintaining store standards, fostering a positive work environment, and driving sales performance.
