What youll do:Be part of a team that is supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) by disseminating data to researchers who are studying ways to improve the quality and reduce the cost of care provided to chronically ill Medicare beneficiaries. (No big deal).Support the Data Dissemination Manager in the fulfillment of data request packages, user documentation, costs estimates, website information, seat expirations, and other data products.Provide business analysis and change management support to all projects.Serve as resource for internal and external customers and liaison between technical and non-technical staff. Support risk management and deliverable management.Provide status updates on projects during internal and external meetings.Provide status updates on numerous data transfer activities.What wed like you to have: Bachelors degree in business, computer science, or a related field.2+ years of experience as a Program Analyst, Management Analyst, or in a similar role.Attention to detail with an eye for quality and quality improvements. Ability to track multiple data program rules, data types and statuses to ensure customers receive accurate data and information.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Advanced computer skills and knowledge of multiple databases and software systems.Ability to collect and analyze complex sets of data.Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong project management skills.What would blow us away: Your entire experience has been supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).Even if you dont meet 100% of the qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
