Job Description: Legal Administrative SupervisorLocation: Century City, Los Angeles, CAPosition Type: Direct HireSalary: $75,000 - $100,000 (DOE)We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Legal Administrative Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Century City. Under the direction of the Administrative Manager, the Legal Administrative Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned office, as well as play a key role in coordinating firmwide initiatives and activities.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Supervision: Provide supervision and guidance regarding the workflow, resources, and priorities for two additional offices.Office Operations: Manage and oversee daily administrative operations for local departments, including Client Service Specialists, Office Services, Records, Facilities, and Reception.Project Management: Execute the Firms initiatives and operations at the local level, coordinating office projects, programs, events, and office logistics (moves, maintenance, security, resource management, etc.).Event Planning: Plan and coordinate office events, ensuring smooth execution.Hiring & Onboarding: Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for administrative staff, including the interview process and integration into the Firm.Vendor Relations: Serve as the liaison with internal parties and external vendors, maintaining strong working relationships.Administrative Support: Maintain accurate administrative files, spreadsheets, and databases. Generate reports and presentations as needed.Process Improvement: Update processes and systems related to office moves, staffing changes, and other office transactions. Assist with budget control and maintenance.Staff Coordination: Assist in coordinating orientation schedules for associates and staff to help integrate them into the office and the Firm.Additional Responsibilities: Handle additional related projects, events, or tasks as necessary. Flexibility to work beyond scheduled hours when required.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced level)Legal Environment Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in a legal environment, preferably in administrative management.Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience, providing leadership and guidance to staff in real estate or entertainment law (preferred).Knowledge & Expertise:Strong knowledge of office administration, services procedures, and best practices (legal environment preferred).Knowledge of records management, facilities procedures, and reception best practices.Knowledge of office management procedures (preferred).Bachelor's degree (preferred)This position offers a competitive salary and the chance to work with a dynamic team in a prestigious legal environment.
