"> "> Requirements: "> "> 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management. "> 2+ years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million. "> 2+ years of experience affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements. "> 2+ years of supervising and training 5-10+ employees. "> Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel. "> Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check. "> "> Skill and Demands: "> "> Ability to work various shift times, including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays. "> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
