Key Responsibilities The Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting and overseeing daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This includes leading a team, managing processes, and executing strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Required Skills and Qualifications 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management. 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million. 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements. 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
