Job Description Operations Managers play a vital role in driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management. Proven ability to manage operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million. Strong analytical skills, including budgeting and P&L statement analysis. Ability to supervise and train 5-10 employees. Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
