Job Description Operations Managers play a vital role in driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. They lead teams, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of multiple business areas, including retail stores, fuel, restaurants, and truck care. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular checks and maintenance. Drive sales growth through efficient ordering, inventory management, and merchandising standards. Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure task execution, schedule integrity, and complete reporting. Analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management. Proven ability to manage operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million. Strong analytical skills, including budgeting and P&L statement analysis. Ability to supervise and train 5-10 employees. Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
