Operations Manager Job Description Job Summary As an Operations Manager at Loves, you will play a key role in driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include leading a team, managing processes, and executing strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Lead a team of operations staff and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Process Management: Manage various business operations including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care. Sales Growth: Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards. Reporting: Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Financial Analysis: Understand financial reporting to analyze profit and loss statements and make informed decisions to capitalize on opportunities. Requirements: At least 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management. Proven track record of managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million. Ability to supervise and train 5-10+ employees. Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
