Role Overview Loves Travel Stops & Country Stores is looking for a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our store operations. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, controlling expenses, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for customers and employees. You will also be responsible for supervising and training a team of employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.
