Sales Growth Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team at Loves Travel Stops & Country Stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple business operations up to and potentially including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care. Develop and implement strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals. Assist the General Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting change to capture and capitalize on opportunities. Requirements * 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management. * 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million. * 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements. * 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
