Location: Summerville, SCSummary:How does an annual all-expenses-paid vacation sound?You can earn this and other sales incentives as a Vector Security commercial sales rep!We hire only the best and arm them with the best security and smart technologies, support personnel, and tools to ensure long-term success.Now it's your turn to build your sales legacy: We are expanding our sales force and are looking for the very best to represent Vector Security.What Youll Do:The focus will be on large/medium commercial sales of Vector Security products & service sales opportunities, to new and existing customer accounts, including the selling of video/access control/burglary and fire systems in addition to those monitoring services.Prospect new business through traditional cold calling methodsAdhere to current Vector Security policies, procedures, products, programs and servicesCreate new market share by selling Vector Security products and services to new commercial customersSell additional products and services to existing accounts that continue to present new sales opportunities.Sell add-ons, amend, and convert existing customer systems to meet the customers expectationsRenew existing customer agreementsResponsible for COE opportunities within an assigned territoryIdentify prospects utilizing creative lead-generating techniques and maintain productive working relationships with existing customersIndependently establish call plans and customer follow-up strategies and tactics, and consistently apply time and territory management techniquesFollow-up with prospectsMaintain an in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services and customers issues and needs through in-house training and reading/researchObtain referrals and work with Centers of InfluenceProcess work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized proceduresConduct post installation follow-up by contacting customer, ensuring commitments were met and affirming customer satisfaction once the customer has been in service.What Youll Need:High School or GED 2-Years: Experience:Successful large/medium commercial or business (B2B) sales representative in the security, IT or any other industry, demonstrated by the consistent ability to meet and exceed quota.Valid Drivers LicenseLead GenerationOutside Sales ExperienceProspecting Sales Rapport building Sales ability/Persuasiveness & Presentation skillsCommunication & Problem SolvingAbility to engage others Technical/Professional KnowledgeMaintains High Level of ProfessionalismProven Sales LeaderInnovative/Enthusiastic/Dedicated Leader Proficient at self-generated activities with proven closed sales results.
