ADVANCED PROCESS ENGINEER - AUTOMOTIVE INJECTION MOLDING The Advanced Process Engineer will be responsible for leading a team of process technicians to drive scrap reduction, increase productivity, reduce waste and downtime, and ensuring the highest of quality standards are met. KEY **Train and manage process technicians for Injection MoldingMake data driven decisions to implement changes to optimize cycle times and material usage, reduce downtime and waste, and other CI projects. Investigate and resolve defects, working with maintenance and quality teams to address root causes.Assist in new production setups, ensuring processes align with company quality and safety standards.Implement preventative measures to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.**Bachelor's degree in Engineering highly preferred, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience). BS in Plastics is a plus.5+ years of experience hands-on Injection Molding Processing3+ years IATF 16949 experience preferredExperience with mold design, setup procedures, and troubleshooting injection molding issues.Proficiency with software tools for data tracking, reporting, and process analysis.Lean Six Sigma certification or experience with continuous improvement methodologies.Exposure to CAD software and process simulation tools is a plus.This role is being advertised in larger cities for confidentiality purposes, however, it may not be the exact location of the actual facility.Explore more opportunities at .
