Release Train Engineer - Fulltime only

Key **Facilitate ART Processes & * Lead and coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of Program Increments (PIs).PI Planning & Event * Organize and facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning sessions, system demos, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.Collaboration & * Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including product managers, business owners, and development teams, ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization.Risk & Dependency * Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies that impact ARTs. Drive problem-solving efforts to address roadblocks.Continuous * Foster a culture of relentless improvement by collecting feedback, conducting retrospectives, and implementing best practices for Agile delivery.Agile * Mentor and guide Agile teams, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders in SAFe principles and Agile best practices.Metrics & * Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess ART performance and drive data-driven decision-making.Tool & Process * Support the adoption and enhancement of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps) and processes to improve team efficiency.Required *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.8+ years of experience in Agile environments, with at least 2+ years as a Release Train Engineer or similar role in SAFe implementations.SAFe RTE certification (SAFe 5.0/6.0 Release Train Engineer) or equivalent.Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.Experience facilitating large-scale Agile events such as PI Planning and System Demos.Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and complex dependencies.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.Preferred ****Master's degree in a relevant field.Experience in DevOps, CI/CD practices, and cloud-based development.Change management experience in Agile transformations.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
