***** Project Coordinator/Administrator***** 3-6 months***** $27-30/hr***** SW PortlandAbout the **Responsible for monitoring and tracking projects as well as managing procurement of materials and providing customer communication.experience in electrical, low voltage, construction, building, or energy industries required.Position **RFI document reviewCreating, processing and executing project change ordersDesign Revision interpretationElectrical, low voltage, fire alarm and/or other technology floor plan and riser sheetsOversee procurement and verification of project schedulesProcess all permitting requests to appropriate Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)Coordinate timely delivery of equipment to the job site and close-out documentsProvide updates and reports to department managers of project statusesInform customers and sales representatives when material and/or labor is requiredCoordinate with internal project stakeholder to meet customers labor requirementsProcess change orders, releasing equipment, filing, Certificate of Insurance, and Warranty LettersEstablish a process of billing to projectsUse problem-solving skills to resolve customers issues and contract disputes as neededCreate purchase orders for subcontractorsWork closely with our sales team for coordination and follow up on project bookings****3 to 5 years project coordinator experienceHigh School diploma or equivalentAssociates degree preferredElectrical or construction industry experience is desirableExperience in a high-volume customer service environment is idealAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
