Admin & Sales Support** Dallas, TXJob *We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin & Sales Support Specialist to assist with daily operations, customer service, and sales support at our jewelry store. This role is essential to keeping our business running smoothly, from managing administrative tasks to supporting the sales team and assisting with in-store events. If you are detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn about fine jewelry, we'd love to meet you!Key *Administrative DutiesAnswer phones and assist customers with inquiries.Sort and manage mail, filing documents as needed.Keep office supplies, printed materials, and cleaning supplies stocked.Run errands for both business and personal needs.Manage water deliveries and maintain customer beverage offerings.Keep the back office clean, organized, and functional.Sales & Customer SupportServe as the third line of defense on the sales floor, assisting customers when needed.Be open to jewelry training and stepping into a sales role as required.Call customers when repair jobs are ready for pickup.Handle customer and vendor shipping, ensuring timely deliveries.Assist with putting out and taking in jewelry display cases.Jewelry & Inventory ManagementPhotograph jewelry pieces and upload them into ARMS and the server.Work with subcontractors, coordinating pickups and drop-offs.Assist with appraisal typing, saving, mailing, and trackingEvent & Special Projects SupportHelp set up and manage in-store events, including sourcing materials and inviting clients.Assist with organizing jewelry certificates, safe storage, and appraisal systems.Bonus if youre interested in helping create and shoot social media stories.Qualifications & **Willingness to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.Comfortable with basic technology.Professional and friendly demeanor with strong communication skills.Interest in jewelry and sales is a plus!
