We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects valued between $5-15M+. This role is at the core of our operations, requiring strong leadership, organizational skills, and a client-focused mindset. Youll manage project schedules, control costs, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to our quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee Construction Projects: Manage construction projects ranging from $5M to $15M+. Throughout Colorado.Budget Control: Ensure cost efficiency through careful budget management and thorough documentation. Able to use software like Autodesk for cost control.Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, trade partners, and internal teams.Use Industry Tools: Leverage construction scheduling software and Windows applications to track progress. We use Bluebeam, Autodesk, Microsoft Projects and more.Multi-Project Leadership: Simultaneously manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager overseeing projects valued at $5-15M+.Thorough understanding of trade agreements, negotiations, engineering, cost control schedules, and safety regulations.Expertise in construction scheduling software and Windows applications.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects successfully.Bachelors Degree in a construction-related field such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.What We Offer:Competitive Salary: $90,000-$126,000 based on experience.Comprehensive Benefits: PTOHealth Insurance (100% covered for employees)Additional Perks: .Clear development and growth plans.Advancement opportunities within the organization.
