Project Manager - Industrial Manufacturing

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering innovative solutions, we invite you to apply and be part of our growing organization.Key Responsibilities Project Planning: Oversee the transition from the sales phase to the execution phase.Define and track project deliverables from sales to execution teams.Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.Establish a project responsibility assignment matrix (RACI matrix).Project Execution: Lead conference calls and project meetings, providing meeting minutes and summary reports.Coordinate cabinet drawing reviews and approvals with PAS and panel department leads.Manage the preparation and approval of required project drawings/documentation, including system architecture and server cabinet drawings (using Visio).Assist in developing hardware Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) procedures.Collaborate with sales personnel to issue and track change order quotations.Ensure alignment between team members by maintaining up-to-date documentation.Manage project deliverables, hardware, timelines, and costs to mitigate risks.Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.Report project progress to superiors and company management.Work with service and project teams to allocate personnel per project schedules.Project Completion: Confirm that all project deliverables have been provided and documented.Ensure all documentation is backed up on the server, including post-FAT and panel documentation.Verify that invoices have been issued and payments completed.Document and report lessons learned to improve future project execution.Conduct project closing surveys and close the project in time accounting systems.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldEquivalent years of directly related experienceUnderstanding of process control, instrumentation, and electrical conceptsExperience participating in automation projectsExperience managing industrial automation projects
