The salary range for this position is $75,000 -$95,000 DOE including a 10% bonus opportunity under the Karcher Incentive PlanThe deadline to submit applications is initially set for Friday March 7, 2025. However, the application period is subject to potential extensions or closure at any time without prior notice, especially once a sufficient pool of qualified applicants has been obtained.This is how you WOW:Benefits Administration:Administer and oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other wellness initiatives.Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies related to benefits administration.Collaborate with benefits vendors to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and optimize program offerings.Compensation Analysis:Conduct regular market research to benchmark compensation against industry trends and ensure competitive pay scales.Analyze job roles and responsibilities to determine appropriate salary ranges and compensation structures.Salary Review and Performance Evaluation:Assist in the development and implementation of annual salary review processes.Provide guidance to HR and management during performance evaluation cycles regarding compensation adjustments.Leave of Absence ManagementOversees leave of absence administration, including management of short-term disability, long-term disability, FMLA, non-FMLA, military, parental, and worker's compensation leaves of absence.Provide documentation to employees eligible for FMLA within a timely manner, as defined by federal FMLA guidelines.Maintain records and documentation of ongoing and past leaves.Data Analysis and Reporting:Gather, analyze, and interpret compensation and benefits data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and proposals effectively.Compliance:Stay up to date with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to compensation and benefits.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in compensation and benefits practices.Communication and Employee Support:Communicate compensation and benefits policies, programs, and changes to employees.Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits in a timely and professional manner.It would be WOW if you would bring this in:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree or HR certification is a plus)3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis within a manufacturing or similar industryProficiency in using compensation analysis tools, HRIS, and MS Office Suite (Extensive Excel experience)Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefitsOur Kí¤rcher WOW-package:Medical, Dental, and Vision planPaid Holidays (11 per year)Flexible PTO for exempt employees; generous PTO for non-exempt employeesHSA, FSA and 401K matching plansPaid sick time, as well as short- and long-term disability insuranceSo: Wanna WOW with us?Simply upload your resumeonline and leave your contact information.
