As the key liaison for franchisees, you communicate and implement process, training, and operational changes to ensure brand standards are adhered to.Additional **Education and training normally associated with the acquisition of a bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, restaurant management or equivalent.At least five years experience as a multi-unit restaurant manager of complex, high volume restaurants in the casual or family dining segment of the restaurant industry.
