Outside Sales Associate - Growth Merchant Lead (aGML) - Emerging MarketsLocation: Remote; Indiana (Must live south of Indianapolis) - Vincennes, Jasper, Paoli, Nashville, INContract: 6-month W2 ContractStart Date: April 1, 2025Compensation: $25-$32/hour + commission (up to $1,750/month)Travel: Extensive (expenses covered)Are you a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on in-person interactions? This is a high-energy, face-to-face sales role where you'll sign up local restaurants for a well-known food delivery platform, helping them reach new customers and increase revenue.Why This Role?✔ Be a Market Pioneer: Bring a well-established platform to new regions and help small businesses grow.✔ Exciting Travel Opportunities: Work across a large territory, with travel expenses covered (including flights and hotels, as needed).✔ Uncapped Earning Potential: Competitive base pay with commission incentives for exceeding sign-up targets.✔ Hands-on Sales Experience: Engage directly with restaurant owners and decision-makers, building meaningful partnerships.✔ Training & Support: Receive onboarding for CRM tools and sales strategies to set you up for success.What You'll Do:Sell & Expand: Sign up local restaurants for the platform, focusing on emerging, rural markets.Travel & Connect: Drive and occasionally fly to different areas within your assigned territory.Engage & Negotiate: Build relationships with small business owners, communicate the value of the service, and finalize partnership agreements.Meet & Exceed Goals: Sign up a baseline number of restaurants each month to qualify for commissions.Utilize Leads & Referrals: Start with a provided lead list while also leveraging referrals within your assigned area.What We're Looking For:2-5 years of outside sales experience- in-person sales experience is a must!Experience working with small businesses- especially engaging directly with owners.Proven ability to close deals- fast-paced, transactional sales cycle experience is ideal.Excellent relationship-building & communication skills- empathy and strong interpersonal skills are key.Self-motivated & entrepreneurial mindset- ability to work independently while executing a structured sales process.Comfortable with travel- must have a reliable vehicle for daily travel (mileage reimbursed).Background in food & beverage, hospitality, or similar industries- a plus!Interview Process:Initial Interview: With the Team Lead and another sales leader.Mock Sales Pitch: 15-20 minute pitch on a product you've previously sold, followed by a short Q&A session.This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in local communities while growing your career in outside sales.
