Date Posted: 02/21/2025Hiring Organization: Rose InternationalPosition Number: 478492Job Title: Recruiting Events SpecialistJob Location: Menlo Park, CA, USA, 94025Work Model: HybridShift: Onsite 2 days per weekEmployment Type: TemporaryEstimated Duration (In months): 13Min Hourly Rate($): 40.00Max Hourly Rate($): 43.00Must Have Skills/Attributes: Event Planning, MS Office, Vendor ManagementJob DescriptionOnly candidates located near the Menlo Park, CA or San Francisco, CA areas to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presenceMust-Have Skills:• Minimum of 3+ years of event planning experienceNice-to-Have Skills:• Experience working in a team environment and across cross functional teams• Recruiting events experience• Experience with Microsoft office and Google SuiteSoft Skills:• Excellent organizational skills• Exceptional attention to detail• Ability to negotiate effectively• Strong customer satisfaction focus• Effective oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the org as well as externally• Ability to prioritize and multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment• Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills• Ability to handle ambiguous situations and deliver on desired goalsThis Event coordinator role will be responsible for the planning and execution of internal and external Recruiting events.Role Responsibilities (Event Planning & Execution) including, but not limited to:• Manage all companywide Recruiting events• Develop and implement events including planning, program management, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, logistics, marketing and other core elements to successfully meet event objectives by executing events• Coordinate event production and logistics such as catering, security, audio visual, room acquisition/ reservations and staging where necessary• Manage relationships and projects with external event vendors• Management of our events calendar and tracking towards our budget• Manage inventory and SWAG for events• Attendance at events, acting as the Event lead/ point of contact and ensuring that events are executed well• Collaborate with Marketing and Brand team to refine best practices• Create event recaps and administer surveys to track the ROI and results from events• Additional responsibilities include raising purchase orders, vendor management and partnering with cross functional teamsLocation:Menlo Park, CA or San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.Benefits:For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
