This position will be onsite based at our corporate office in Spring, TX!Job DescriptionCoach and support regional quality managers and quality field personnel and assist in prioritizing workloadProvide technical expertise to Operations, engineering, and field operations teams on quality-related mattersWork with Operations leadership to align quality goals and objectivesEnsure compliance with all oilfield industry requirements, including but not limited to AWS and NACEReview and advise on clients' quality requirementsDevelop, revise, and maintain weld procedures, ITPs, and PQPsAssist in the review and approval of job turnover packagesStandardize, implement, and monitor quality management policies, procedures, processes, and templates across the organizationLead RCA efforts in identifying quality issues, develop correction action plan, and implement improvement tasksAct as a point of contact for key clients regarding quality-related mattersEstablish and track key quality performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of quality programs and drive performance improvementAnalyze quality-related data to identify areas for improvementDevelop, implement, and monitor key material management processes, including but not limited to expediting, staging, and MTR retentionAssist in leading vendor audits to assess and ensure supplier compliance with quality standards and contractual agreementsPrepare and present regular reports on quality performance, audit results, and compliance status to various stakeholdersCollect and analyze customer feedback and complaints to improve service quality and address any product/service deficienciesRequirementsHold a current CWI certification from AWS Strong knowledge of oilfield coating requirements or certified NACE inspector15+ years of construction experience in the oilfield industryStrong communication skills, verbal and writtenWell versed in Microsoft Suite, Bluebeam Revu, and Sharepoint10+ years of experience in managing personnel and quality programsExperience in creating, reviewing, and revising weld procedures, ITPs, and PQPsUSA work authorization required.
