Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in a hybrid onsite role. This role is not just about managing HR operations"”it's about being a thought partner to our leadership team, providing strategic insights, and driving a culture of growth and accountability. You will work closely with the senior leaders, providing critical recommendations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing initiatives that enhance our people strategy.Key Responsibilities:Be a strategic HR partner to leadership, providing insights and recommendations that drive business success.Foster a culture of accountability and development, ensuring employees take ownership of their growth while providing resources and training to support them.Lead and enhance the onboarding experience, ensuring new hires integrate effectively into our high-performance culture.Develop and implement training and development initiatives that support both individual and organizational growth.Advise managers on performance management, providing guidance on coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.Oversee employee relations and conduct internal investigations, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions aligned with company values.Stay current on employment laws and industry trends to proactively adapt HR policies and ensure compliance across multiple U.S. locations.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to create a workplace where all employees can thrive.Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine hiring strategies and attract top talent.Drive HR operational efficiency, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes while continuously identifying areas for improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or HR Manager role.Proven ability to work across different levels of an organization, from frontline employees to executives.Deep understanding of U.S. employment laws and compliance requirements.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver tough messages while maintaining trust and professionalism.A track record of driving culture, accountability, and people development.Proficiency in handling internal investigations and managing sensitive employee relations matters.Experience balancing people-centric strategies with compliance and business needs.Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment.Equal Opportunity Employer:We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, religion, color, sex (including childbirth, breastfeeding, and related medical conditions), national origin, citizenship status, uniform service member status, pregnancy, age, genetic information, disability, or any other protected status in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
