For more information, visit .Position Summary:The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. This strategic leader will oversee all aspects of sales operations, including sales planning, pipeline management, customer acquisition, and relationship management. The VP of Sales will play a pivotal role in driving sales team performance, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence, and delivering results in a competitive market landscape.Essential Duties:Sales Strategy and Planning Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.Define sales targets, quotas, and KPIs to measure and track sales performance.Collaborate with senior leadership to identify market opportunities and develop sales forecasts and projections.Customer Acquisition and Relationship ManagementIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.Develop and nurture relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.Sales Operations and Performance ManagementImplement and optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making and sales forecasting.Develop and implement sales incentive programs and compensation plans to motivate and reward sales team performance.Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the marketplace.Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and sales performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, client delivery teams, People & Culture and Resource Management to ensure alignment and delivery quality between sales efforts and company capabilities.Provide valuable input to product/service development based on client feedback and market trends.Champion SEG's Mission, Purpose, and Our Broader CommitmentsThrive in the SEG work environment and champion the health of the team, while challenging self and others. Engage, enjoy, and evolve both personally and professionally while having fun and learning.Other responsibilities as directed by the Managing Partner, SalesQualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or another related field required. Masters degree in business administration or marketing preferred.Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets required. Experience in a sales operations role in professional services is preferred. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to; education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training.
