Sales Administrative Assistant** Tempe, AZ (Onsite)Position * Direct Hire* Based on experience (Up to $60K annual salary)Residency * US Citizen or Green Card Holder ONLY* Our client is the leading CNC machine tool distributor in Arizona and Southern Nevada. We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will support the Sales and Marketing team, and customers in a variety of ways - from welcoming site visitors and answering incoming calls, to processing orders, expediting requests, maintaining customer records, and posting on social media. To ensure success, you should have experience in a sales environment, a deep knowledge of customer service, and possess advanced administrative/organizational skills including attention to detail, time management, and communication. If you enjoy juggling multiple tasks and priorities in a high pace environment and are looking for a friendly culture that supports growth and fosters success, our client is your perfect fit!Create machine quotes through Salesforce & Excel with current information on machine description, options, and pricingGenerate and format quote templates and order contracts in ExcelHands on experience with creating, processing, and maintaining sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and other sales recordsUpdate and maintain customer and vendor information and records in CRM and ERP systemsCheck data accuracy in sales orders, purchase orders and invoicesProcess and track customers' orders while providing updates from initial placement to final deliveryCommunicate daily with the Sales & Marketing Manager to ensure exceptional customer service is being providedProvide front desk customer service and welcome visitorsAnswers telephone for basic inquiries or identifies and locates individual/department who can provide answersSupport the sales department with other administrative tasks, as requestedSkills and ***Proven 2-4 years of work experience in Sales Administration or SupportHands on experience with CRM software (Salesforce a plus) and ERP systems (QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise)Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word & Excel, in particular)Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing prioritiesAbility to accurately follow instructions and consistently follow proceduresDemonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretionExceptional attention to detail and accuracyMust have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral)Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skillsTeam player with high level of dedicationPunctual and well organizedCertification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus"We are GTN - The Go To Network"
