This dynamic role is laser-focused on generating leads, advancing the sales pipeline, and contributing to opportunity-based sales quotas. This person will actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on their interactions with prospects. They will be directly responsible for qualification targets and following the sales process in a customer relationship management (CRM) or sales engagement platform.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (and doing well!)Hunt for new business through research, cold outreach, and personalized prospecting using tools like HubSpot to track, manage, and optimize engagement.Engage decision-makers through strategic communication via phone, email, webinars, and in-person meetings.Actively participate in targeted marketing campaigns, providing valuable insights from real-time interactions with prospects.Take ownership of qualification targets by diligently following the defined sales process and leveraging CRM tools to maintain accurate records and forecasts.We are looking for a results-driven individual who:Has a hunter mentality, thrives on closing the gap between prospecting and qualified opportunities, and is relentless in driving growth.Excels in navigating HubSpot or similar CRM/sales engagement platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Is motivated by metrics, loves tracking progress, and enjoys converting potential leads into viable sales opportunities.This role is key to Sciens' growth, providing a pivotal connection between marketing initiatives and sales success.
