You will play a pivotal role in storytelling, ensuring our agency's value proposition resonates with potential clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a strategic, fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of PR and communications.ResponsibilitiesWriting & Communication-Persuasive Writing- Develop compelling narratives that showcase the agency's strengths and capabilities.Clarity & Conciseness- Write in a direct, engaging, and professional tone without unnecessary complexity.Storytelling- Craft case studies and proposals that bring our successes to life.Editing & Proofreading- Ensure all marketing and business development materials are polished and error-free.Strategic & Business Acumen-Brand & Market Analysis- Evaluate potential clients' brands, identify gaps, and position the agency effectively.Industry Research- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential client pain points.Proposal Development- Translate client needs into strategic proposals that align with their business goals.Budgeting & Pricing- Assist in structuring project fees, retainers, and deliverables.Project & Process Management-Proposal Structuring- Develop well-organized proposals that clearly communicate our services.Deadline Management- Work efficiently under tight deadlines, ensuring timely submission of proposals.Attention to Detail- Ensure proposals align with RFP requirements and client expectations.Collaboration & Internal Coordination-Cross-Functional Teamwork- Work with senior executives, creatives, and strategists to refine proposals.Interviewing Skills- Gather insights from internal subject matter experts.Feedback Incorporation- Iterate and refine proposals based on leadership input.Technology & Tools-Proposal & Content Creation Tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and proposal management software.CRM & Lead Tracking- Familiarity with HubSpot, or similar tools for managing leads.Presentation Design- Basic knowledge of layout, visuals, and slide decks for pitch presentations.Qualifications5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, business development, or communications. Strong understanding of PR, communications, and marketing trends. Excellent writing, storytelling, and research skills. Experience developing proposals and marketing materials. Ability to synthesize complex information into compelling messaging. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
