You'll work directly with finance, operations, and engineering leaders at some of the world's largest cloud spenders, helping them gain visibility, control, and cost savings across their cloud environments.This is an opportunity to be an early sales leader at a fast-scaling company, shaping go-to-market strategy, refining sales processes, and directly contributing to North's growth trajectory.What you'll doOwn the full sales cycle"”from prospecting and outbound engagement to contract negotiation and deal closure.Identify and qualify high-potential enterprise accounts, educating decision-makers on how North transforms cloud financial management.Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth while positioning North as the premier solution for cloud cost optimization.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to refine North's value proposition and align solutions with customer needs.Advise enterprise customers on cloud cost management best practices, leveraging your expertise to establish trusted partnerships.Analyze market trends and customer feedback, helping shape North's go-to-market motion and inform product roadmap decisions.What you'll needMinimum of 8 years of closing experience, with at least 3+ years in enterprise, selling a SaaS product ideally within cloud, fintech, or infrastructure software.A consultative sales approach, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and sell to technical stakeholders.A track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets, with experience managing six and seven-figure deals.Strong negotiation skills and experience structuring customized commercial agreements.Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to engage both technical and executive-level stakeholders.A self-starter mindset"”you thrive in fast-paced environments, love problem-solving, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves.A passion for AI, cloud infrastructure, and the future of cloud financial operations.Nice to havesExperience selling cloud cost management, FinOps, or SaaS infrastructure solutions.Prior experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud billing models.Knowledge of procurement, finance, or IT budget management processes.Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach.Experience in a high-growth startup environment.Background in technical sales or working closely with engineering teams.Understanding of AI's impact on cloud computing and financial operations.Work locationThis is a hybrid role in our New York office (in West Village).
